Frog15 Studios, LLC (“Company”) has adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how Company collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with Company’s products, services, and websites (collectively herein referred to as “Services”).  Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, therefore please review it frequently. Your continued use of Services will signify your acceptance to this and any changes made to this Privacy Policy.

Types of Information Collected and How its Handled

Non-personal Data
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you. Additionally, non-personal data means “aggregate” and “de-personalized” information, which is data Company collects about the use of Company Services, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed.  Company may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable Company to identify you.  Company may use Flurry analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the Services. Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address or device ID) to help us understand how Services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user. If you want to be certain that your information is not used with third party analytical software and services, please do not use or access the Services.

Personal Data
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.  Likely situations when you make personal data available to Company include, but are not limited to: (i) registration for Services, including leaderboards; (ii) subscribing to newsletters; (iii) requesting technical support; and (iv) otherwise through use of Company Services where personal data is required for use and/or participation.  The types of personal data may vary depending on the type of activity you are engaged in. The personal data Company may collect, process and use may include, but are not limited to your name, screen/user name, Company Services' or third party service ID, e-mail address.  Company may use personal and non-personal data, both individually and combined together, for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, providing customer and technical support, managing and providing Services (including managing advertisement serving), customizing Company’s communications and to further develop the Services and other Company services and products. Company may combine non-personal data with personal data.  Upon occasion, we may ask you to complete a voluntary survey in order to help us provide a better user experience. We will only request and therefore collect non-personal data.  Company may use your personal data to send messages to you with informative and/or commercial content about Company’s services or third party products and services Company believes may be of interest to you, such as new features and services, special offers and updated information.

Ad Serving Technologies
Company reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement by Company or Company’s partners and contractors. Company may employ third party ad serving technologies that use certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services. Company or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and location information as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that appropriate advertising is presented within the Service. Company or third parties may collect and use data for this purpose including, but not limited to IP address (including but not limited to for purposes of determining your coarse location), Device ID, MAC, software, applications, hardware, and in-game information. The foregoing data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology.  You recognize and agree that the advertising companies who deliver ads for Company may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. These ad serving technologies are integrated into Services; if you do not want to be subject to this technology, do not use or access Services. Although Company takes commercially reasonable steps to instruct such advertising companies to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, Company does not have access to or control of third party technologies.  Company may display to you behaviorally targeted advertising. If you want to be certain that no behaviorally targeted advertisements are not displayed to you, please do not use or access the Services.

Location Data
Company does not use or collect your precise geographic location.

In-App Purchases (IAPs)
Some of our mobile applications offer IAPs.  These are items you can purchase (e.g., in-game currency) that provide additional features.  If you do not want to make IAPs, do not use these paid-for options.

Information Security
Company uses reasonable means to protect against unauthorized use or access to your information, as transmitted by you to the Company via its Services, and as maintained by Company or its third party service providers once received. Company cannot and does not guarantee the security, secrecy or confidentiality of any data you provide.  In fact, and subject to applicable laws, you should know any information or material sent, delivered and/or otherwise transmitted to Company will be deemed not to be confidential.

Sharing of Information Collected
Company does not market or rent your personal information.  Subject to applicable laws, Company may share your personal information with its staff, with factors involving its Services including hosting and maintenance, storage, processing and transmission of data persons and entities. Such persons and entities undertake an obligation to Company to not use or share your personal information for any reason other than furthering Company's business interests, however, Company cannot assure or guarantee you that such persons and entities will comply with its obligations. Company also might share your information with its accountants, counsel or other professional advisors who have contractual or professional obligations of confidentiality to Company.  In the event that Company is required to disclose your information pursuant to lawful requests such as a subpoena or court order, or otherwise to comply with applicable laws, Company will do so. In the event that ownership of all or a part of Company or its business were to change, your information pertinent to that business' operations may be assigned or transferred to, or licensed for use by, the new owner, without any prior notice to or consent from you.

Data Retention
Company retains the data collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Thereafter, if the collected data is no longer needed for purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, Company deletes all aforementioned data in its possession within a reasonable timeframe.  Irrespective of the above, Company may still retain some of the data to the extent such retention is necessary to resolve disputes, enforce Company user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity, and operation of Services.  Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in any country where we do business.

Cookies, Beacons, and Tracking
Company’s Services may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags, locally shared objects, and web beacons. Company treats information collected by cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data.

Third Party Links
Company, in its sole discretion, may include or offer third party links, products or services in conjunction with its Services. All such sites may have separate and independent privacy, other policies and terms of use and may also collect personal information about you. Company has and assumes absolutely no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the content and/or activities of these linked sites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. If you decide to use Company’s Services and/or any third party site, you do so at your own risk.

If you are under 13 years of age or a minor in your country of residence, please ask your parents or legal guardian's permission to use or access the Services.  Company encourages parents and/or guardians to play an active role in their children's online experience at all times.  Company does not knowingly contact or collect information from children under 13 years of age.  If you believe Company has inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so Company can promptly take action to obtain parental consent or remove the information.
